Someone say overexposure can make back acne worse and increase your risk for skin cancer . So it is not a ance recommended because of the risks involved.

However, limited sun exposure increases vitamin D in the body and help prevent or clear up back acne.

If you want to cure acne, do you choose to exposing your skin to the sun or limit sunshine.

A Vitamin D deficiency can cause acne.

Some people say sunshine can create Vitamin D in the body and also helps to heal acne eruptions. They believe expose your skin to the sun can creat Vitamin D which is crucial for acne treatment.

Above all, limited sun exposure is a better choice.
